Grade 5 students took on the role of scientists! Students participated in a fish dissection in the senior Science Lab. They explored and identified the different parts of the fish, particularly the respiratory system. All students worked actively and with respect towards the animal, and showed maturity when handling the science resources.
Celebrating this year´s Book Day we worked throughout the whole month of May in different activities to bring reading closer to children.
Grade 1 I presented last Assembly the amusing story by the Grimm Brothers about four farm animals who are convinced they can earn a good living as musicians. A classical fairytale !
Grade 3 presented information about the amazing author Dav Pilkey. Author of the wonderful series; Dog Man and Captain Underpants. They even presented their own flip o ramas.
Grade 1 learnt to use the online Library catalog.
